Cairnton through 200…

I was delighted to catch up with Cairnton Ghillie Brian Brogan the other day who advised that the world famous beat has got through the 200 barrier for salmon & grilse catches this season. This is Cairnton Ghillie Brian Brogan’s first season at the beat having moved to the Dee from many years on the River Tay. There has been a lot of work undertaken on this world famous beat recently and  work is ongoing to makes this historic beat a ‘must go to’ venue for all global salmon anglers. Brian is a very enthusiastic and diligent Ghillie who has done remarkably well in his first season. Well done to all concerned !
